Director General - Fakhritdin Anvarovich Saidakhmedov, 1961 y.b., uzbek, Tashkent region born. Education – higher, in 1982 graduated Тashkent institute of national economy, on specialty of finance and credit, economist, and in 2006 graduated Higher business school at Academy of the state and public organization at the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, on specialty of the master of business administration. In the current post works since 3rd of October, 2005. Appointed to the post of the General director by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministries of the Republic Uzbekistan from September, 28, 2005 #218.
(Carries out the general management, in conformity with authorities given by the Charter of the Company)

Deputy Director General - Rizaev Jamshid Khamidullaevich, born in 1972 in Tashkent, nationality – Uzbek.

He has higher education, graduated from the Tashkent Chemical-Engineering Institute with major in wood processing, engineer-technologist. In 2003 he has graduated from the Banking and Finance Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan with specialty in insurance and received Master of Economy degree.

He was assigned as Deputy Director in July 2010 by the Board of Directors of Uzbekinvest.

(Responsible for insurance activity issues, organization of insurance and reinsurance agreements conclusion (renewal of agreements), comprehensive assessment and management of insurance risks, and organization of insurance products sale system of Uzbekinvest.)

General Manager of Company on General Issues - Shaikramov Bokhodir Shamuslimovich 1960 y.b.,  uzbek, Tashkent city born. Education – higher, in 1981 graduated Tashkent institute of national economy, on specialty of labor economics, economist. In the current post works since 1st of August, 1997. Appointed to the post by the decision of Board of directors of the Company.
(Supervises questions of organizational-economic work of the Company, the organization of payments of the insurance sums and money, presentations of regress claims. Provides necessary work on creation and operation of informational-communication systems)
